Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Execution & Delivery: Support and drive customer project execution from purchase order (PO) handover through delivery, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Technical Review & SLD Interpretation: Review, interpret, and validate technical requirements, engineering specifications, schematics, and Technical Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) to resolve technical issues and ensure alignment with order specifications.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary operational liaison between cross-functional internal teams (Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales) and regional stakeholders in the Pacific market.
  • Milestone & Delivery Tracking: Monitor order progress, manage risk factors, track key delivery milestones, and proactively escalate deviations or potential delays to management and stakeholders.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain precise project documentation, ensure accurate system and factory booking, and strictly follow organizational compliance guidelines and closeout procedures.
  • Operational Excellence: Utilize standard Microsoft software/tools to build schedules, analyze project data, prepare status reports, and contribute to continuous workflow improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Technical Reading: Proven ability to read and interpret Technical Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), electrical schematics, and equipment specifications.
  • Open to candidates with field experience in end-to-end execution, electrical installation/projects, and project lifecycle management.
  • Language & Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with confidence to interface directly with Pacific business partners and stakeholders.
  • Software Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with enterprise project/order management tools.
