Hiring Company Overview:

Specializing in a wide array of services, ArchEn covers Architectural Design, Engineering Design, and Construction Management for enterprises across various sectors.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Work Experience: At least 5–7 years of experience in Civil and Structural Works.
  1. Skills & Knowledge: Experience in road construction projects is preferred. Experience as an Assistant Project Manager for at least 3 years is an advantage

Location Requirement: Must be willing to work full-time in our Mamplasan, Laguna Office.

Job Summary:

The Team Lead Engineer is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of civil and structural projects, ensuring alignment with project scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards. The role involves leading project teams, managing resources, identifying risks, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. The Project Lead provides regular updates to upper management and ensures that all project activities meet industry standards and client expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including tasks, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Ensure proper implementation of project strategies in alignment with organizational goals and client requirements.
  • Oversee day-to-day project activities to ensure timely and efficient execution of civil and structural works.

2. Risk Management and Problem Solving:

  • Identify potential project risks such as budget constraints, supplier delays, and operational challenges.
  • Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address identified risks.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to project issues to minimize delays and cost overruns

3. Team Leadership and Resource Management:

  • Select, organize, and lead the project team, including deputy project members, project coordinators, and QA/QC personnel.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and ensure accountability among team members.
  • Foster collaboration and maintain clear communication within the project team and across departments.

4. Budget and Resource Control:

  • Monitor project budgets and ensure efficient allocation and utilization of resources.
  • Track project expenditures and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
  • Coordinate with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials and services.

5. Progress Monitoring and Performance Management:

  • Monitor project progress against established timelines and milestones.
  • Set and track SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals for project deliverables.
  • Implement corrective actions to address delays or performance gaps

6.Stakeholder Communication and Reporting:

  • Provide regular updates to upper management through meetings and communication platforms such as Viber, Microsoft Teams, or Outlook.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, including progress, risks, and key issues.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

7. Stakeholder Communication and Reporting:

  • Evaluate the quality of project deliverables through inspections, testing, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with QA/QC teams to maintain high-quality output throughout project execution.

8. Other Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support safety initiatives and ensure adherence to occupational health and safety standards.
  • Participate in project reviews, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
