MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:Project Coordination and Survey Administration- Day-to-day communication with clients to ensure their project needs are being met
- Scripting of questionnaires and set up of surveys in an appropriate online environment
- Coordination of PBC instruments; overseas and within Australia (by client relationship)
- Implementation of instrument enhancements and development on Qualtrics.
- Operation of testing procedures to ensure accurate templates and projects
- Communicate project milestones to internal and external clients
- Quality control process to ensure reports are error-free
- Responsible for timely delivery of milestones within instrument projects
Support Staff Responsibilities- Answering client inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Able to meet standard SLA's and troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Working as part of a team and independently to ensure exceptional client service.
RequirementsSKILLS & EXPERIENCEQualifications: - Degree, diploma or appropriate major in related discipline (e.g. Information Technology, Computer Science)
Experience:- Preferred IT work experience IT-related roles
- Preferred Client/Customer-facing experience
Skills:Essential- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications focusing on Excel

Benefits- Monthly Salary: Php 35,000
- Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
- You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
- Probation: 6 months and after Probation: 10 days annual leave credits, 5 days of sick leave
- Eligible for 13th Month Pay after 30 days

SHIFT TIMES: Monday to Friday
4:30PM to 1:30AM Sydney Time | 2:30PM to 11:30PM Philippine time12:30AM to 9:30AM Sydney Time | 10:30PM to 7:30AM Philippine time
