As Project Support Specialist, you will be crucial for the division's smooth operation by providing comprehensive project support. This includes coordinating projects, managing complex travel (domestic and international), overseeing the end-to-end payment process (from invoice verification to finance liaison), and handling asset tracking and procurement. A critical function is maintaining financial integrity through precise expense coding and budgetary reporting and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with the Project Development and Execution Team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Processes payments to suppliers/contractors and properly coordinates with the supplier/contractor for the payment status
• Ensure integrity of all expenses and make sure that these are charged to the proper project and charging codes
• Provides executive admin support
• Manages office supplies by tracking stock, forecasting needs, and proactively processing requisitions to ensure continuous availability without excess waste. This involves liaising with vendors or procurement to secure timely delivery of necessary resources for the smooth, uninterrupted operation of the P&D team.
• Maintain an accurate, up-to-date inventory log of all PDE assets (e.g., computer hardware, specialized equipment, furniture). Conduct regular physical checks to reconcile inventory, identify discrepancies, and initiate corrective actions.
• Oversees the repair and upkeep of project assets.
• Manages the routing of documents for signature via Docusign.

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least one [1] year of relevant experience
