Salary Range: 25,000 - 35,000 (with commission)
Job Summary
The Project Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of assigned projects,
ensuring that timelines, quality standards, and technical requirements are met. This role plays a critical part in
coordinating pre-sales, implementation, and post-installation activities for digital display solutions such as LED
walls, Large Format Displays (LFDs), and interactive systems. The Project Supervisor also leads and develops theproject team while maintaining strong coordination with clients, site partners, and suppliers.
Roles And Responsibilities
Operational functions:
- Develops, managers, and enforces detailed project timelines to ensure on-time project delivery.
- Oversees pre-, during-, and pos-installation activities for Digital Displays, Interactive Kiosks, LED walls, and
related solutions.
- Supports pre-sales and sales activities, including site oculars, feasibility studies, and technical assessments.
- Coordinates internally with sales, technical, and operations teams, and externally with clients, site partners,
and suppliers to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Ensures compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and structural requirements,
particularly for LED and display installations.
- Identifies project risks and issues early, and implements corrective actions as needed.
- Prepares and submits weekly project updates and monthly performance reports to management.
- Ensures proper documentation of project milestones, deliverables, and approvals.
- Performs other duties as may be required by the immediate superior and/or management in support of
project and organizational goals.
People Development
- Manages the day-to-day activities, performances, and professional development of the project team.
- Conducts timely, fair, and substantive performance evaluations for subordinates.
- Monitors individual and team progress against key project milestones and performance indicators.
- Identifies training needs and develops structures learning and development plans for team the team.
- Promotes a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Performs all other necessary leadership tasks to ensure the success and effectiveness of the team.
Educational Background And Experience
- Graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE) or other related technical courses.
- A strong background in electronic display technologies, particularly LED and Large Format Display (LFD)
systems, is required.
- Prior experience (at least 3 years) in project supervision, technical coordination, or project management
involving digital displays is required.
- Experience in structural installation, mounting systems, and on-site handling of electronic display solutions
will be considered a significant advantage.
