About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager with a background in
Architecture or Engineering to act as the
Owners Representative for a
high-end residential house construction project in Makati City. This role will oversee the project from the owners perspective, ensuring quality, cost, timeline, and design intent are strictly adhered to throughout the construction phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the owner on-site and in all project-related meetings.
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and construction methodologies.
- Ensure adherence to budget, track variations, and validate progress billings.
- Identify risks, issues, or delays and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular progress reports and updates to the owner.
Job Qualifications
- Licensed Architect or Engineer (Civil preferred).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Owners Representative in high-end residential construction.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project controls, and quality management.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Able to work on-site in Makati City.
- Experience handling luxury or custom-built residential projects is a strong advantage.
