Job Description
The Project Staff - Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring the timely updating of cases related to Complaint Erroneous
Consumption through tickets and customer requests. This role also includes processing billing adjustments due to erroneous readings.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor cases related to Complaint Erroneous Consumption
- Ensure proper filing and retrieval of documents (Service Contracts)
- Create FA/FO for inspections due to miscodes and illegal reconnections
- Process billing adjustments due to high consumption (HighCon) and erroneous readings
Job Qualifications
- College graduate of any business-related course
- Preferably knowledgeable in CRM processes, CCB, MDM, and Zendesk systems
- Proficient in using Google applications
