Job Description

As a Project Specialist, you will report directly to the Associate Account Director and play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing public relations campaigns and event projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for individuals looking to launch their careers in the communications industry. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the seamless delivery of PR campaigns and events across a variety of industries, including lifestyle, consumer goods, technology, and fashion.

Roles And Responsibilities

Project Support and Coordination

  • Supports internal teams in managing PR campaigns, events, and brand activations.
  • Assists in coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and documentation.
  • Helps prepare basic campaign assets such as pre-prod decks, press kits, and event logistics.
  • Maintains accurate records of project updates, timelines, reports, and vendor/supplier database.
  • Provides administrative and on-ground support during client events and activations.

Team and Operations Assistance

  • Coordinates with vendors, suppliers, and freelance staff for event and campaign needs.
  • Assists with cost tracking and documentation to support budget compliance.
  • Contributes to brainstorming sessions and shares creative ideas.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Competency in Google Workspace; familiarity with tools like Canva, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be a team player with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
