We are seeking a motivated and detail orientated Project Specialist to support our Business Integrations and Performance team with managed business migrations into a new technology stack. This role focuses on executing migration tasks accurately, providing frontline support post go-live, & preparing and improving SOPs for ongoing operational success.
What you'll do
- Provide frontline support for teams stepping through procedures and best practices inside the tech-stack we support.
- Promptly & clearly respond to queries from team members on best practices enabling fast resolution to issues as they arise
- Support with migration project tasks I.E. input and validate data
- Configure basic workflows, tasks, and schedules using templates
- Follow SOPs and checklists to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Assist with system testing & quality assurance checks before go-live
- Flag issues, discrepancies, or missing data to senior team members
- Act as first-line support for basic issues and questions
- Support coordination across internal teams
- Monitor bookings, tasks, and messaging for early issues
The ideal candidate
- Experience in operations, hospitality, property management (short-term rental most desirable).
- Strong understanding of Airbnb/Booking.com/VRBO platforms
- Proficient in CRM/PMS/task management systems (e.g., Guesty, Hostaway, Breezeway, Notion, Hubspot, Conduit).
- Understanding of superior homeowner service standards, guest expectations, and turnaround logistics in a short term rental context.
- Ability to develop and document scalable processes.
- Attention to detail, results oriented with a data driven approach.
- Demonstrated experience driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities
