The position holder is responsible for the overall development, maintenance, monitoring, and control of the project schedule for an assigned Solar/Wind project of Aboitiz Renewables, Inc. from pre-construction up to project execution and commissioning phases. The role serves as the dedicated planning and scheduling resource of the project and is accountable for ensuring schedule integrity, progress monitoring, schedule analysis, and timely reporting of project status, risks, and mitigation plans directly to the Planning Manager
Outcomes Expected and Responsibilities:
- Provides support and leadership in achieving all agreed-upon project milestones for the assigned portfolio relating to the construction and deployment of select ARI Renewable projects.
- Establishes detailed Level 4/5 project schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and energization activities.
- Conducts site visit verification activities to validate actual project progress versus reported accomplishments and baseline schedules.
- Manage the Project Schedule and generate a regular Critical Path Analysis of the projects.
- Serves as the custodian of the Project Schedule for select ARI Solar or Wind Project and ensures completeness and availability in the system (MS Project).
- Monitors project progress against approved baseline schedules and identify schedule variances, delays, and potential impacts to project milestones.
- Conducts schedule analysis including Critical Path Analysis, float analysis, look-ahead planning, and recovery assessment.
- Coordinates directly with EPC contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to gather progress updates, validate accomplishments, and incorporate schedule revisions.
- Document all project schedule related commitments.
- Monitors and analyzes the S-curve for the Solar or Wind project, as submitted by the respective EPCs.
- Provides S-curves, progress updates, and risk implication to the schedule in the reports for upper management.
- Performs other project planning and controls functions as may be assigned by the Planning Manager.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline)
- Working knowledge of Project Management concepts including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Critical Path Method (CPM), progress measurement, and schedule control
- At least 2 years of experience in project management
- 1 vacant position avaialble in Presentacion, Camarines Sur
