The Housing Turnover Engineer is mainly responsible for the quality control and on-time repairs of units for Pag-IBIG takeout and homeowner turnover. The position ensures that the necessary manpower, materials, and equipment are available to execute repair activities. S/He manages turnover of units to the homeowners and/or homeowners association (HOA) and assists in the management of homeowner relations.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversees, manages, and ensures timely and quality execution of repairs and turnover activities based on project timeline and work plan
- Delegates work to Construction Workers to ensure the readiness of units for Pag-IBIG inspection
- Monitors progress of unit repairs in preparation for Pag-IBIG inspection and ensures quality and timelines are met
- Reviews and approves house improvement plans submitted by Homeowners
- Ensures house improvements made by homeowners are in accordance with approved house improvement plan
- Conducts morning toolbox meetings with Construction Workers
- Reports to Project Engineer accomplishment of repair activities and manpower workload
Job Qualifications
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- Relevant working experience in mass housing is required
- Analytical; Process improvement-oriented and Results-driven; People-oriented
- Team player and can work with minimal supervision
- Executes tasks with utmost professionalism and integrity
- Willing to be assigned in San Fernando, Pampanga
