Job Description

  • Oversee project site management and coordinate daily operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors.
  • Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
  • Assist in budget management and resource allocation.
  • Resolve on-site challenges and ensure timely project delivery.
  • With experience in Architecture/ Interior Fit out/ Civil Structural works/Foundation Works/Pre Cast Works
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction or engineering projects.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in CAD software, strong driving skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily on-site with potential outdoor exposure, requiring flexibility to work occasional long hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong leadership skills, and ability to work under pressure.
