We're Hiring: Project Site Engineer (Electrical, Mechanical & Civil)

We are looking for motivated and results-driven Project Site Engineers to support the execution of engineering projects across our manufacturing facilities. Successful candidates will be assigned to Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering projects based on their qualifications, experience, and area of expertise.

About the Role

The Project Site Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and monitoring engineering projects within the assigned discipline. Whether assigned to Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, the role ensures that construction, installation, maintenance, and commissioning activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, budgets, and timelines.

What You'll Do

• Supervise project execution within the assigned engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil)
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and work progress
• Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Monitor contractor performance and verify completed work
• Support project planning, material requisition, and cost monitoring
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and project turnover activities
• Prepare project reports and maintain project documentation
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to ensure successful project delivery

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering
• PRC Licensed Engineer is preferred
• 2–5 years of experience in industrial construction, plant engineering, or project execution
• Experience in construction, installation, or maintenance within the candidate's engineering discipline
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Knowledge of project management principles and construction safety practices
• Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD; MS Project is an advantage

• Ensuring high-quality execution of electrical, mechanical, or civil works in accordance with engineering specifications
• Maintaining compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards throughout project execution
• Achieving successful testing, commissioning, and project handover with minimal punch-list items
• Building strong collaboration with contractors, consultants, and cross-functional teams
• Proactively identifying and resolving project risks to minimize delays and rework
• Supporting continuous improvement through efficient project planning, execution, and resource utilization
• Contributing to the successful delivery of capital projects that enhance plant operations and long-term business performance
