Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor daily site activities and construction progress.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project personnel.
Ensure that construction and finishing works are carried out according to approved plans and specifications.
Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship on site.
Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports and documentation.
Assist in resolving technical and site-related concerns.
Monitor project timelines, manpower, materials, and site requirements.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
Coordinate with the project team regarding site updates, concerns, and required actions.
Perform other site-related duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications

Graduate of Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Preferably with experience handling construction projects, site supervision, and/or finishing works.
Experience in construction materials, architectural finishes, fit-out, or related projects is an advantage.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, plans, and specifications.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to monitor multiple site activities.
Willing to work on-site and travel/deploy to project locations as required.
Fresh graduates with relevant internship or site exposure may also be considered.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in general construction, architectural finishes, stone/sintered stone installation, fit-out works, or other finishing-related projects are highly preferred.
