We are currently looking for an experienced Project Scheduler to support the successful planning, execution, and delivery of major construction and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, monitor, and maintain detailed construction schedules aligned with project scope, contract requirements, and industry standards (CPM, Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Track construction progress, analyze schedule performance, and prepare regular reports to enable timely, informed decision-making by project teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of project schedules, including baseline management and version control.
  • Coordinate all scheduling activities, including task sequencing, milestone tracking, resource loading, and integration of subcontractor schedules.
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and site management teams to prepare and monitor scopes of work and ensure alignment with overall project timelines.
  • Identify critical path activities, track float, and review forecasts regularly to detect deviations and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare clear, concise presentation materials and deliver scheduling updates for internal meetings, client presentations, and senior management briefings.
  • Maintain and update the project risk register, proactively identifying and mitigating schedule-related risks affecting time, cost, and scope.
  • Perform delay analysis, what-if scenarios, and impact assessments to support claims, change orders, and contingency planning.
  • Facilitate coordination among engineering, procurement, and construction teams to resolve conflicts and monitor progress of key deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with company QA/QC standards and document control procedures across all scheduling and reporting activities.
  • Perform additional scheduling and project controls tasks as required to support successful project delivery.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in planning and scheduling for major infrastructure or construction projects.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard planning and scheduling tools, particularly Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proven ability to manage tight deadlines in fast-paced project environments.
  • Willingness to accept a project-based engagement.
  • Willing to be assigned onsite in Manila.
