Role Description The Project Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Davao. This role is responsible for identifying and developing project-based sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting LPC's residential and commercial lighting solutions. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and presenting proposals, coordinating with internal teams for pricing and product availability, conducting site visits as required, and providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. The Project Sales Associate also tracks sales performance, maintains accurate records of client interactions, and contributes to meeting team and individual sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to understand and present technical product information related to lighting and fixtures.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email) and use of digital tools for reporting.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in construction, retail, or lighting-related industries.
- Willingness to work on-site in Davao and conduct client or project site visits when needed.
- Relevant college degree or equivalent practical experience in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
