Project Plumbing, Sanitary and Fire Protection Engineer (PSPRE)

Job Objective

- The PSFRE shall represent the company in dealing with consultants,

contractors, suppliers who are involved with the development and

project implementation. He will make sure that the project shall be

completed in accordance with the specifications and plans of the

project.

Duties and responsibilities

- Will handle Plumbing and Sanitary, Fire Protection Works.

- Shall be responsible for the projects and assignments tasked to him

by the MEPFS Head or Construction Management Head.

- Conducts liaison, coordination, or consultation with statutory

authorities for the appropriate permit and licenses required to

implement the construction of the projects.

- Assist in the review plans prior to bid and implementation.

- Shall conduct technical inspections and coordinate with

contractors so that the project will be completed safely, with quality

and timely.

- He will be tasked to estimate time and cost. Monitors schedules and

prepares cost monitoring and cash flows.

- Responsible for anticipating and managing variation orders.

- He will evaluate the contractor's progress billing and recommend

payment.

- Records and documents all internal and external transactions.

Qualifications

- Education Graduate of BSSE or BSCE

- Specialized knowledge Condominium construction or similar

projects

- Skills Auto CADD and other basic computer programs.

- Abilities Can accomplish cost and schedule estimates.

- Other characteristics such as personal characteristics Eager and

Diligent.

- Experience at least 5 years significant experience in related field.

Working conditions

- Will be head office based, however, will be required to report in all

projects as needed.

- May occasionally be under pressure and possibly extended hours to

meet project/ work completion.
