The Project Planner SDLM is data and value driven to effectively support customer project delivery and operational excellence across the project lifecycle. The role combines project planning, service delivery leadership, and operational governance to ensure efficient execution of Fulfillment Assignment Specifications (FAS), while leading a team of Project Planners, Project Administrators, and Document Controllers.

The role is responsible for driving planning accuracy, delivery governance, reporting excellence, resource coordination, and documentation control in alignment with Ericsson processes, tools, compliance, and customer expectations.

What you will do:

  • Lead and manage Project Planners, Project Administrators, and Document Controllers to ensure high-quality project support delivery
  • Support Customer Project Managers in executing Fulfillment Assignment Specifications (FAS) and customer contractual requirements
  • Review contracts and translate requirements into project planning inputs and customer deliverables
  • Drive creation, implementation, and maintenance of project plans, schedules, reporting, and governance activities throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure accurate configuration and administration of project libraries, planning tools, documentation, and version control
  • Monitor project delivery progress, financial tracking, reporting accuracy, and recommend continuous improvements
  • Ensure operational efficiency, process compliance, and adherence to Ericsson standards and tools
  • Mentor and develop team capabilities while fostering collaboration and delivery excellence
  • Professionally manage stakeholder communication across customer, operational, and project teams

The Skills You Bring

  • Strong experience in project planning, service delivery, or telecom project operations
  • Experience managing support functions such as project planning, administration, and document control teams
  • Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management, reporting, governance, and delivery processes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic delivery environment
