Project Planner (Makati)

Key Responsibilities

• Master Planning: Develop and execute project schedules from design through unit handover.
• Cost & Schedule Control: Monitor timelines and budgets to ensure target margins and Rockwell quality standards.
• Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with Senior PMs to align site execution with project milestones.
• Risk & Delay Mitigation: Track site progress and contractor lead times to resolve schedule bottlenecks early.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate across Design, Quantity Surveying, Procurement, and Construction teams.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain project risk logs and enforce local building codes and safety standards.
• Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare status dashboards and financial updates for executive leadership.
• Process Optimization: Refine project management workflows and digital tracking tools to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Education & License: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; Licensed Civil Engineer required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of progressive project management or site engineering experience in real estate development, high-rise residential, or horizonal projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in project scheduling tools (MS Project or Primavera P6), AutoCAD, and reading structural/architectural plan sets.
