PROJECT NURSE
PREVENTION (ASSESSMENT / INVESTIGATION / IDENTIFICATION OF WORK HAZARDS RELATED TO HEALTH)
- Observes and assesses the work environment for potential dangers and hazards.
- Develops disease prevention programs, such as smoking cessation, exercise, and healthy eating programs.
- Screens new and prospective workers and employees to ensure they are Fit to Work - capable of performing the duties required by their positions. This may include a physical examination, vision test, hearing test, and drug or alcohol screening.
- Conducts thorough physical examinations on an employee to establish preexisting medical conditions or determine physical ailments acquired in the workplace.
- Conducts Annual Physical Exam on employees.
- Serves as a gatekeeper for healthcare services, including rehabilitation and disability matters.
- Investigates and determines whether a workplace hazard could have caused the injury or illness
- Conducts independent testing, such as antigen tests, to validate symptoms and as pre-onboarding health clearance for new employees.
- Develops health policies and ensures that the company is up to date with public health and employment legislation.
RESOLUTION AND INTERVENTION OF WORK-RELATED ILLNESS
- Tends to injuries, administers medication, and performs rehabilitation therapy after certain injuries.
- Monitors the health status of employees, including follow-ups and referrals to Company Physicians
- Counsels employees on physical and mental health issues and guides them toward community resources and/or employee assistance programs.
REPORTS / DOCUMENTATION
- Documents all employee injuries and illnesses within the workplace.
- Maintains employee health records, as well as appraising the health hazards in the work environment.
- Requisitions of medicines, medical supplies, and inventory.
- Generates and submits DOLE reports (Illness/Accident Report, Medicine Inventory, Annual Medical Report, etc.).
- Validates the daily staff attendance through leave validation
- Coordinates with accredited clinics and hospitals on related matters
- Validates illness/sickness, SSS/ECC benefits necessary for e-filing
IMPLEMENTATION OF HEALTH AND WELLNESS PROGRAMS
- Recommends, plans, executes, and submits post activity reports

- Able to understand patient needs, provide care, collaborate, and support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor's/ Degree in Nursing; Preferably with a Professional License, Registered Nurse; Preferably with OHNAP Training.
- 3 - 5 Year/s of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Working experience in the Construction industry is an advantage.
- Willing to relocate for the position / Amenable to work on-site within any part of Luzon;
