This role is responsible for driving go-to-market execution, campaigns, and lead generation initiatives for lease-driven and recurring revenue products across Aboitiz Economic Estates.
Key Responsibilities
1. Go-to-Market (GTM) & IMC Planning
- Develop and execute GTM strategies for recurring, lease-driven assets.
- Lead integrated marketing communications (IMC) planning across digital, PR, OOH, events, and partnerships to support leasing objectives.
- Translate commercial targets into marketing campaigns that help stimulate demand and sustain leasing momentum.
- Collaborate with Sales and Leasing teams to ensure marketing programs reflect asset positioning, target tenant segments, and revenue objectives
2. Campaign & Project Development
- Plan and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns for office and logistics assets.
- Own campaign timelines, deliverables, and coordination with internal teams and agencies.
- Adapt messaging and targeting to ensure campaigns attract qualified tenant demand, not just lead volume.
- Ensure campaigns remain aligned with brand positioning while supporting commercial performance.
3. Media Planning & Buying
- Recommend and manage media strategies focused on lead quality, pipeline growth, and leasing outcomes.
- Coordinate media placements with internal teams and partner agencies.
- Monitor media performance and optimize investments based on campaign results.
4. Lead Generation & CRM Management
- Design and execute lead generation strategies aligned with leasing priorities.
- Monitor lead quality, pipeline movement, and conversion, ensuring marketing efforts support qualified tenant engagement.
- Work closely with Sales and Digital teams on CRM usage, lead tagging, and proper endorsement of leads.
- Support CRM database management, reporting, and insights for campaign improvement.
5. Sales Toolkits & Revenue Enablement
- Produce and maintain sales toolkits including pitch decks, one-pagers, leasing fact sheets, and digital assets.
- Ensure marketing materials help articulate asset value, tenant benefits, and competitive positioning.
- Support Sales and Leasing teams with materials that strengthen tenant conversations and improve closing effectiveness.
- Maintain an organized digital library of marketing and sales materials accessible to internal teams.
6. Partnerships, Memberships & Events
- Support industry partnerships, memberships, and co-marketing initiatives that contribute to tenant pipeline development.
- Plan and execute networking events, leasing activations, and industry engagements that support demand generation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure effective event execution and follow-through.
7. KPI Tracking & Performance Reporting
- Track and report marketing KPIs including qualified leads generated, cost-per-lead, conversion, and campaign ROI.
- Provide performance insights to support campaign optimization and leasing strategy adjustments.
- Contribute to a feedback loop between marketing, sales, and leasing teams to refine positioning, targeting, and messaging.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years experience in project marketing, commercial marketing, or leasing-related campaigns
- Strong exposure to campaign management, GTM planning, and lead generation
- Experience working closely with Sales or Leasing teams
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms and performance tracking
- Strong project management and coordination skills
