Role Description: The Project Manager – Production is a full-time, on-site role based in Lapu-Lapu, responsible for overseeing sauna and related product manufacturing projects from planning to completion. This role coordinates production schedules, allocates resources, and monitors workflow to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards and ISO requirements. The Project Manager works closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and quality assurance, to resolve issues, manage risks, and improve production processes. Day-to-day tasks include tracking project milestones, preparing status reports, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication between management and production staff. The role also involves identifying opportunities for efficiency, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring workplace safety and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Experience in production or manufacturing environments, preferably in industrial or consumer goods.
  • Effective communication, leadership, and team coordination skills to work with diverse on-site teams.
  • Proficiency in using project management and productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, project tracking software).
  • Ability to analyze data, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement in production operations.
  • Relevant bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to safety, sustainable practices, and adherence to company standards and procedures.
