Overview:
The Service & Parts Project Manager is mandated to lead end-to-end project management for New Product Introductions (NPI) of service and parts offerings on a worldwide scale. The main responsibility of this role is to manage all NPI activities—from requirements gathering and pricing strategy to system readiness, documentation, and launch execution—ensuring deliverables are accurate, aligned, and completed on schedule across all geographies. In addition to NPI ownership, this role supports related activities such as pricing and bid approvals, revenue tracking and reporting, stakeholder collaboration, documentation development, and training enablement. The Service & Parts Project Manager serves as a central point of coordination to ensure service and parts offerings are launched smoothly and consistently worldwide.

What You Will Do:
- Serve as the go-to point of coordination for Service and Parts NPI projects across all geographies
- Oversee end-to-end requirements, timelines, and dependencies for new product services and parts
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure readiness for launch
- Drive alignment across stakeholders on scope, pricing, system loading, and deliverables
- Identify risks and issues early and work with teams to resolve them
- Lead system readiness and pricing execution for services and parts NPIs
- Manage the system loading of financial part numbers
- Ensure accurate and timely price distribution across geographies
- Work closely with pricing, planning, and systems teams to validate data integrity
- Act as key approver for service and parts bids submitted by account managers
- Review and approve service and parts bids ensuring alignment with established pricing strategies and guidelines
- Provide guidance when exceptions or clarifications are required
- Oversee reporting for service and parts revenue
- Share regular updates and insights with global leadership
- Support visibility into performance, trends, and opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support business strategies and sales initiatives
- Own the development of new product pricing strategies for service and parts offerings
- Lead pricing discussions and alignment with geography leaders
- Create product information files and announcement letters for new services and parts
- Develop training materials to support sales and operational teams
- Conduct training sessions to ensure understanding of offerings, pricing, and processes
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with geography leaders, account managers, service and parts stakeholders, pricing, finance, and systems teams, and Cebu site support teams involved in NPI execution and operational support
What You Need to Succeed:
- Proven experience in end-to-end project management, preferably in a service, parts, or product management capacity
- Strong understanding of New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and lifecycle management
- Experience in pricing strategy development and execution across multiple geographies
- Ability to manage system loading of financial part numbers and validate data integrity
- Experience reviewing and approving bids and ensuring alignment with pricing guidelines
- Strong revenue tracking and reporting skills with the ability to communicate insights to global leadership
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop documentation, product information files, and training materials
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve risks and issues proactively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
