Description

Enable and accelerate both IID operations delivery and Strategic Risk Consulting business through project management, cross functional coordination, governance, and execution tracking.

I. Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Execution Enablement
Project management of IID operations to support timely, high quality dashboard delivery
Project Management of Strategic Risk Consulting Business roll out of dashboards to clients
Coordinate across IID Ops leaders, Consultants, and Tech to unblock any execution issues
Cross Functional Coordination
Own coordination of projects and initiatives (remediation plans, testing, quality plans, query reduction plans, automation pilots)
Support Risk & Analytics Ops and sales leaders in query, quality, and automation management requiring cross team alignment
Governance & Action Tracking
Defining project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and success criteria in partnership with business and delivery teams
Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, trackers, and key project artefacts to support delivery governance
Tracking progress against plan, identifying delivery risks and issues early, and maintaining RAID logs with clear mitigation actions
Participate and contribute on IID governance forums with agreed cadence
Track decisions, risks, dependencies, and actions through to closure (this should also include escalations)
Maintain a single source of truth for IID action plans and help in drawing trends/RCAs for any issues/escalations
Metrics, Insights & Reporting
Manage and report IID Ops performance metrics (delivery, quality, automation outcomes)
Provide insights on trends, root causes, and systemic issues for Ops leadership
Change & Transition Support
Support adoption of new tools, processes, and quality standards
Coordinate transition plans for changes impacting IID Ops delivery and Strategic Risk Consulting business.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Preferred knowledge on tools
Portfolio reporting tools, Office 365 (Co-Pilot/ Microsoft Teams/ SharePoint Online), MS Excel
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum bachelor's degree a must
Strong Project Management skills
Must be intermediate level in MS Excel, PowerPoint and other office applications.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent attention to detail
Highly organized
Good understanding of project delivery to be able to challenge
Ability to manage projects in both Internal Operations and External (client-facing) environments
Proactive approach, results focused, highly motivated, self-starter, critical thinker and problem-solver
Ability to closely partner with senior stakeholders, Project Manager and Programme Managers (across geographies) on projects
