What we're looking for:

We're looking for a Project Manager with a strong AI and automation mindset to help us rethink, redesign, and unify how work gets done across the organization. This role is highly cross-functional and strategicyou'll be dissecting existing workflows, breaking down silos, and helping create a more cohesive, scalable operating structure powered by automation and AI.

This is an opportunity for someone who doesn't just run projects, but actively questions processes, identifies inefficiencies, and partners with stakeholders to build smarter workflows. You'll play a key role in evaluating how AI tools can support operations, enable learning across teams, and drive long-term efficiency.

Responsibilitieswhat you'll do:

  • Analyze and map end-to-end workflows across teams to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and siloed processes
  • Lead projects focused on workflow redesign, automation, and AI integration
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools to streamline operations and improve team productivity
  • Collaborate closely with operations, leadership, and technical stakeholders to implement workflow changes
  • Translate complex processes into clear documentation, frameworks, and execution plans
  • Manage project timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communication across multiple initiatives
  • Support teams through change management as new workflows and tools are introduced
  • Help define success metrics and continuously optimize workflows post-implementation

Qualifications:

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, process improvement, or workflow optimization roles
  • Strong understanding of workflow design, process optimization, and cross-functional operations
  • Demonstrated experience working with or implementing AI tools, automation platforms, or no-code/low-code solutions
  • Ability to identify practical, real-world applications of AI within business operations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn ambiguity into structured plans
  • Comfortable leading change and influencing without direct authority
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific Time, Central Time, or Eastern Time)
  • Fully fluent in English
  • Ability to commit long-term and full-time
  • This position is for serious, career-oriented candidates

Nice to have:

  • Background or experience in the mortgage industry or financial services
  • Familiarity with tools such as Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion, or similar workflow platforms
  • Experience supporting teams through operational transformation or scaling phases
