Job Description

  • As a Project Manager, you will oversee the successful execution of projects, ensuring efficiency in resource allocation and seamless coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from planning to execution, ensuring objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
  • Develop and implement a structured project plan with SMART metrics and clear deliverables.
  • Manage event activations, including manpower hiring, operational planning, and client coordination.
  • Supervise Project Supervisors, Local Coordinators, and Team Leaders, providing clear instructions and guidance.
  • Conduct on-site inspections within the first 3 days to assess execution quality and recommend adjustments.
  • Act as a solution provider by optimizing event strategies and ensuring top-tier execution.
  • Maintain project documentation, including briefing decks, cost estimates, inventory reports, and post-event evaluations.
  • Oversee materials and stock management, aligning with warehouse personnel and project teams.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Project Management, Events, or Marketing Activations.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and resource management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Willing to work on-site as required for project execution.
