Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Wholesale Banking and Banking Channels expertise to lead large-scale transformation and channel initiatives within the Singapore banking environment. The candidate must have hands-on experience delivering projects across Corporate Banking, Trade Finance, Transaction Banking and Digital/Channel platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of projects within Wholesale Banking & Channels.
  • Manage initiatives involving Corporate Internet Banking, Host-to-Host, API Banking, SWIFT connectivity, and Cash Management platforms.
  • Drive digital channel transformation for Corporate & Institutional clients.
  • Collaborate with Business, Operations, Technology, Compliance, and Risk teams.
  • Define project plans, scope, budget, governance, and milestones.
  • Ensure alignment with MAS regulatory requirements and internal risk policies.
  • Oversee vendor management, system integration, and UAT coordination.
  • Manage stakeholder communication including senior management reporting.
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies.
  • Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.

Required Experience

  • 8-12 years of Project Management experience in Banking/Financial Services.
  • Strong domain knowledge in Wholesale Banking products & Channels, including:
    • Trade Finance
    • Corporate Lending
    • Cash & Liquidity Management
    • Transaction Banking
    • Corporate Digital Channels
    • SWIFT / Host-to-Host / API integrations
  • Experience managing channel implementation or upgrade projects.
  • Strong exposure to Singapore banking landscape.
  • Familiar with MAS regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid methodologies
