We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager (Construction) to lead and oversee construction and real estate development projects, . This role requires a highly organized, proactive leader with technical expertise in engineering and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles including planning, design, permitting, construction, and closeout phases for real estate developments.
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies.
- Oversee construction schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure project delivery aligns with strategic and financial goals.
- Coordinate with real estate and legal teams on zoning, entitlements, and other compliance issues.
- Review and approve engineering and architectural plans to ensure quality, code compliance, and constructability.
- Prepare and present project updates, reports, and forecasts to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, risk management standards, and sustainability goals throughout the project lifecycle.
- Serve as the technical liaison between developers, construction personnel, and public agencies.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Professional Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on construction and real estate development.
- Demonstrated experience in condominium development or high-density residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, real estate regulations, permitting processes, and project budgeting.
