Job Summary
Overall responsible for managing project execution for applicant levels L1–L2 (Packaging & Processing), covering scope, cost, timeline, quality, risk, resources, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Ensure projects are delivered within approved budget, schedule, technical and safety standards, and contractual obligations—while contributing to business profitability, customer satisfaction, and strategic objectives.
Provide strong leadership to coordinate cross-functional teams, drive collaboration, and uphold high standards of governance, reporting, and continuous improvement aligned with the Tetra Pak OFCE framework.
What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end project execution and provide strong project leadership to deliver targeted results
- Ensure all deliverables meet contractual agreements and responsibilities outlined in the project charter
- Develop work breakdown structures and project plans to achieve milestones, tollgates, timeline, budget, and quality targets
- Drive productivity through utilisation of global tools and processes (OFCE, Planview, SAP, OHS, Quality, Project Governance)
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks including development of mitigation strategies
- Manage scope changes and handle variation orders (VOs) effectively
- Identify, engage, and manage internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure proper project communication and documentation in line with communication plans
- Support WCM and Lessons Learned initiatives to improve processes and systems
- Promote team wellbeing through self-awareness and alignment with wellbeing priorities
Profile Description
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 6 years of project management experience (exposure to small/medium projects preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of project management principles (PMI/PMBOK or similar)
- Familiarity with tools such as SAP, MS Project, or Planview is an advantage
- PMP / CAPM / PRINCE2 certification is preferred
- Good command of English and willingness to travel when required
