Job Description
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful project implementation of the TenderBoard eProcurement System for customers, including deployment, training and required project deliverables.
Job Scope
1. Define Scope of Implementation
- Work with the buyer to translate the buyer's procurement policies into TenderBoard system specifications
- Advise buyers on the capabilities and limitations of the TenderBoard eProcurement system
- Obtain buyer confirmation of the TenderBoard System Specifications (TSS) document
- Translate the TSS onto the TenderBoard system for Configuration Acceptance
2. System Testing, Training and Launch
- Test the system configuration to ensure system is ready for rollout
- Prepare and conduct training if engaged to do so by the buyer
- Update the TenderBoard system for launch
3. Post-Implementation Update and Review
- Monitor the system implementation on TenderBoard
- Perform handover to the customer support operations team
- Perform updates to system as required by buyer
- Conduct Post-Implementation Review with the buyer to complete implementation
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years experience with software systems project management (ERP/Finance/Procurement experience is a bonus)
- Familiarity with procurement processes
- Experience working with or using Enterprise Resource Planning Systems
