Job Description

Shall provide overall technical and managerial leadership for the feasibility study, ensuring the successful delivery of all project outputs. The position requires a Registered Port or Coastal Infrastructure Engineer with at least fifteen (15) years of experience in fisheries post-harvest infrastructure planning, strong knowledge of maritime systems and vessel infrastructure, and demonstrated capability in managing multidisciplinary consulting engagements involving technical, financial, environmental, legal, and institutional assessments
