Job Description Summary:

Leads the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives in support of the customer's objectives. The Project Manager serves as an orchestrator across multiple workstreams, helping teams navigate from planning through execution while proactively managing risks, resolving blockers, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders. This role requires strong program management expertise, financial acumen, and the ability to drive collaboration across complex initiatives with interconnected dependencies.

As a Project Manager, you will:

Lead the execution and delivery of multiple 2027 strategic initiatives and programs.

Develop and maintain project and program plans, including milestones, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.

Coordinate across multiple workstreams to identify dependencies, overlaps, resource requirements, and potential conflicts.

Facilitate effective planning sessions and ensure alignment between business objectives and execution activities.

Proactively identify, assess, and manage program risks, driving risk discussions that surface potential issues and mitigation strategies.

Remove execution blockers by collaborating with stakeholders and escalating issues when appropriate.

Monitor project health, progress, risks, budget considerations, and key performance indicators.

Apply financial analysis and business acumen to support initiative prioritization, investment decisions, and value realization tracking.

Partner with business leaders, project teams, and functional stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of program objectives.

Establish governance processes, reporting mechanisms, and stakeholder communications to support transparency and accountability.

Drive continuous improvement in project management practices, tools, and execution methodologies.

Ensure program deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience managing complex projects or programs in a corporate environment.

Strong understanding of project and program management principles, methodologies, and governance.

Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and workstreams across cross-functional teams.

Demonstrated ability to identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve execution challenges.

Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Financial background with the ability to understand budgets, business cases, financial impacts, and investment priorities.

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage competing priorities and operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
