Position: Project Manager

Work Set-Up: Hybrid-2x per week onsite.

Location: Ayala, Makati City

Schedule: Night Shift

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, delivering, and overseeing cybersecurity initiatives across the enterprise. This role partners closely with Information Security, IT, Engineering, and business stakeholders to manage project roadmaps, drive execution, ensure governance, and enable secure technology operations. The role acts as the connective tissue between technical security teams and business leadership, ensuring that security solutions are delivered on time, aligned with risk priorities, and fully adopted across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive coordinated planning, dependencies management, and milestone delivery across all workstreams.

• Provide clear governance, risk/issue management, and executive level progress reporting.

• Oversee delivery and adoption of the end to end application review and packaging process, including workflow design, approvals, risk assessments, intake routing, and readiness criteria.

• Ensure alignment between Cyber, Workforce Enablement, and Platform Engineering on workflow ownership, policy requirements, and system integration points.

• Partner with the Change Manager to deliver a structured change management strategy covering communications, user readiness, training, and stakeholder engagement.

• Support global rollout sequencing, ensuring smooth enterprise adoption across regions and business units.

• Govern phased desktop resets performed by Workforce Enablement, ensuring adherence to cyber policy and operational guardrails.

• Oversee enterprise execution of application allow listing, including compliance reporting and enforcement of cyber standards.

• Validate integration of desktop policy with cyber risk frameworks, exception workflows, and audit requirements.

• Build deployment calendars around critical business windows such as SEC reporting cycles, operational turnarounds, and system freeze periods.

• Maintain program dashboards, risk registers, and steering committee materials.

Qualifications

Required

• Demonstrated experience managing large scale, global IT programs or security driven modernization initiatives.

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity processes including allow listing, blacklisting, endpoint governance, and secure configuration baselines.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow workflows, automation, request handling, and approvals.

• Proficiency with Agile delivery frameworks and Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog and sprint management.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills across technical and executive teams.

Preferred

• Experience in the energy sector or other regulated industries.

• PMP, SAFe, Agile, or comparable certifications.

• Awareness of operational constraints such as compliance windows, financial reporting cycles, and industrial site operations.

• Strong understanding of IT delivery operational processes including governance, change control, configuration/lifecycle management, and readiness assessments.
