Job Description

WE'RE HIRING: Project Manager – Stakeholder Relations (Contract)

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a contract basis until December 2026 (with possibility of extension until Q1 or H1 of 2027).

The role will support an ongoing multi-stakeholder project that requires strong project integration, client management, cross-team coordination, and engagement with government and LGU stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the consolidation and reporting of project implementation updates, key developments, decision points, and next steps to the client

• Coordinate across multiple workstreams and teams to maintain a clear, updated view of overall project progress

• Manage project trackers, timelines, dependencies, documentation, and key commitments

• Maintain project continuity by keeping track of previous decisions, stakeholder context, and implementation history

• Coordinate with internal teams, field/area coordinators, suppliers, partners, and other project stakeholders

• Identify implementation gaps and help troubleshoot or escalate issues that may affect project delivery

• Support engagement and coordination with government agencies and LGUs, including higher-level stakeholder meetings and project-related concerns

• Work closely with the Project Director/Lead to ensure priorities, responsibilities, and next steps are aligned across the team

We're looking for someone who:

• Has solid experience in project management, stakeholder relations, government relations, public affairs, communications, or related fields

• Is highly organized and comfortable managing several moving parts at once

• Can work effectively across internal teams, clients, external partners, and government stakeholders

• Has strong client-facing, coordination, and written/verbal communication skills

• Can quickly understand project history and context and translate these into clear actions and recommendations

• Is proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable troubleshooting issues as they arise

• Has experience working with LGUs and/or government stakeholders; existing familiarity with Greater Metro Manila LGUs is an advantage

• Can work independently while coordinating closely with a broader project team

Engagement: Contract / Project-based

Contract Period:October until December 2026

Location: Metro Manila; candidates should be available for in-person meetings and stakeholder engagements as required.

This is a good fit for someone who enjoys being at the center of a complex project - keeping teams aligned, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, and helping move both implementation and stakeholder relationships forward.

Interested candidates may send me a direct message on LinkedIn with their CV and a short introduction highlighting relevant project management and stakeholder/government relations experience.
