Position Overview

StaffHero is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from start to completion. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can keep teams aligned, manage deadlines, track deliverables, and ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently.

This role requires someone who is comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, managing competing priorities, and using technology to keep projects organized and on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects from initiation through completion.
• Define project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and priorities.
• Coordinate tasks and responsibilities across team members and departments.
• Track project progress, deadlines, and outstanding action items.
• Conduct project meetings and provide clear status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify risks, delays, and roadblocks and work proactively to resolve them.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, reports, and process documentation.
• Communicate with clients, leadership, and internal teams regarding project status.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.
• Use project management tools to organize workflows and monitor progress.
• Help improve processes and implement more efficient ways of managing projects.
• Support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

Required

• 2+ years of experience in project management, project coordination, operations, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software.
• Experience with project management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Jira, or similar tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Preferred

• PMP, CAPM, or other project management certification.
• Experience managing remote or distributed teams.
• Experience creating process maps, SOPs, workflows, and project documentation.
• Experience with CRM, ATS, HRIS, or other business systems.
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients or companies.
