Job Description

About the Role

We're looking for a Project Manager to lead day-to-day execution for a premier global sports and athletic performance account—coordinating PR, content, and event workstreams that bring the brand's sports narrative to life. You'll be the person who keeps creators, media partners, internal teams, and event vendors moving in sync, on brief, and on deadline.

This is a role for someone who genuinely follows sports, understands the performance/athletic category, and thrives on the logistics of making big, visible moments happen.

What You'll Do

• Own the project timeline end-to-end: build and manage workback schedules across PR, content, and events

• Coordinate with content creators and talent: manage briefings, deliverables, usage rights, timelines, and relationships with sports/fitness creators and lifestyle influencers

• Manage media relations logistics: coordinate internal and external approvals for press materials and events, handle media follow-ups, and track monitoring/valuation

• Lead event coordination: manage moving parts of PR-related events (venue, vendors, weekly cadence meetings, PPM, etc.)

• Central point of coordination: sync internal teams, client stakeholders, and external partners so nothing falls through the cracks

• Track budgets and vendor contracts related to content, media, and events

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, account coordination, or account management (PR, marketing, or creative agency background preferred)

• Proven experience coordinating with content creators/influencers, media, and event execution

• Genuine interest in sports, fitness, or athletic culture

• Sharp organizational instincts—comfortable juggling multiple timelines, vendors, and stakeholders

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino/Taglish

• Calm under pressure during live events or fast-turnaround media moments

• Collaborative, no-task-too-small attitude

Nice to Have

• Existing relationships with local sports media, fitness creators, or athlete talent

• Experience working on a global or regional brand account with local market execution

• Background or personal involvement in sports/fitness (running, training, team sports, etc.)
