Position Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and project risks throughout the full project lifecycle.

Project Planning& Execution

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Lead the full project lifecycle-from initiation to closure
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to achieve goals

Stakeholder &Communication Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare and deliver regular status updates, reports, and presentations
  • Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear, consistent communication

Risk, Issue &Budget Management

  • Identify project risks and issues implement mitigation strategies
  • Track and manage project costs to ensure budget compliance
  • Ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and organizational standards

Team Leadership& Collaboration

  • Lead and coordinate multi‑disciplinary project teams
  • Manage external partners, vendors, and service providers
  • Promote a collaborative and solution‑oriented working environment

Quality Assurance& Project Closure

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure quality deliverables
  • Conduct post‑project evaluations and lessons learned
  • Document and present project outcomes to leadership

  • Proven project leadership: Demonstrate a strong track record of managing end-to-end project lifecycles within complex, fast-paced industrial or technical environments.

  • Strategic planning and financial acumen: Possess the ability to build robust project plans and manage multi-layered budgets while maintaining strict financial discipline.

  • Advanced communication and influence: Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership and negotiate with diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Risk management and problem-solving: Show a history of successfully navigating technical or operational challenges through proactive planning and decisive action.

  • Team and vendor coordination: Demonstrate leadership experience in guiding multi-disciplinary teams and managing the performance of external partners and service providers.

  • Commitment to quality and process: Display a deep understanding of quality assurance methodologies, project KPIs, and continuous improvement practices.
