Job Description
Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. PRC license required.
✔ At least 5 years of project management experience in real estate development
✔ Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and contractor management
✔ Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee project planning and execution from inception to completion
• Manage timelines, budgets, and project deliverables
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and government agencies
• Ensure quality, compliance, and successful project delivery
