About the RoleWe are looking for a bilingual Project Manager to join our team in Manila. This role is critical for bridging our operations between international markets and our local team in the Philippines. You will oversee the implementation of property management software, ensuring that project milestones are met while maintaining a high standard of customer service for our global clientele.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in software implementation (SaaS) and a deep understanding of the property management industry.
Key Responsibilities- Project Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of software deployment projects, from initial kickoff to final hand-off.
- Bilingual Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for Portuguese-speaking stakeholders and clients, ensuring technical requirements and business goals are clearly communicated.
- Customer Success & Support: Lead onboarding sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure clients are maximizing the value of our property management tools.
- Local Team Integration: Work closely with the Manila-based team, utilizing Tagalog where applicable to streamline internal workflows and office culture.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the software implementation process and develop scalable solutions to improve efficiency.
Required Qualifications- Experience: 3+ years in Project Management, Customer Success, or Software Implementation.
- Industry Knowledge: Direct experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) or real estate software is essential.
- Language Mastery: * Must be fluent in Portuguese and English (written and verbal).
- Ability to speak Tagalog is a significant advantage for navigating the local office environment and vendor relations.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, or Jira) and teaching technical software to non-technical users.
- Presence: Must be based in (or willing to relocate to) Manila for a full-time, on-site position.
