Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary hydropower project activities from feasibility through project delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that technical, commercial, environmental, and project management objectives are achieved within agreed timelines and budgets.

Job Responsibilities

Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of hydropower projects.
Manage multidisciplinary teams covering engineering, hydrology, geology, environmental/social, financial, and construction disciplines.
Oversee feasibility studies and ensure that project deliverables meet quality and technical requirements.
Establish project schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, regulators, and other stakeholders.
Review and integrate technical studies and engineering outputs.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and interdependencies.
Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and schedule performance.
Lead project meetings and prepare progress reports and management recommendations.

Job Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in hydropower project delivery.
Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary feasibility studies.
Strong project planning, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience working across engineering and technical disciplines.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
