THE OPPORTUNITY

It is the Professional Services team's mission to lead our customers through the journey of implementing Riskonnect software and drive their resulting success. To do so, we train each colleague and leverage the industry leading 7 Principles of Professional Services as the backbone for customer success.

The Project Manager role is integral in the successful delivery of projects for our customers. In this role, you will manage business critical SaaS implementations for new and existing clients, maintain, track, and update project status, budget, and resources, manage schedules and project logistics. You are the quarterback and main liaison for our customers, driving meetings, communication, status, and budget at all levels of the customer organization and Riskonnect.

The successful Project Manager will complete projects that deliver the intended business value for our customers, while managing budgets and timelines, and creating a collaborative environment for your team members. You are seen as a leader with the Professional Services team who your fellow colleagues want to work on future projects.

You possess the following skills and requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3+ years in a project management role
• Demonstrated experience translating your work into business value for your and/or your customer's organization
• Detail oriented; strong analytical skills
• Skilled in managing priorities and working under pressure with changes
• Adjusts and works efficiently in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, environment
• Preferred Qualifications include: 
• PMP certification
• GRC industry experience

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and lead successful implementation projects (mid-size, mid-complexity, some customization) from start to finish 
• Utilizing the Statement of Work, Business Requirements Document, and Use Cases, create the project plan and schedule with accurate duration estimates and resource requirements. 
• Manage the schedule with the project team and client from start to finish, including: 
• Prioritize tasks within the project, set deadlines, track hours 
• Manage project scope; adjust via change control processes as required 
• Assign project resources and manage to ensure deliverables will be met 
• Deliver project on-time and on-budget 
• Meet internal/client quality standards 
• Forecast when projects will close so revenue can be recognized 
• Coordinate efforts of various teams as required to deliver project under a shared resource model and matrixed environment 
• Act as the primary client interface; own client relationship 
• Serve as mentor/coach to Associate Project Manager and other less experienced members of the project team 
• Interact with client's Project Management Office (PMO), as required 
• Report and manage internal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 
• Facilitate and execute project using Riskonnect tools and methodology
