General Description:
To ensure that stores are designed and built according to plan and design standards at the least cost and time possible but at a high-quality level.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- In charge of ensuring the construction of the store will be on time and within the budget.
- Oversee the day-to-day activity of the construction team including designs.
- Doing Site inspection of some stores.
- Inspects the work of constructors and service providers.
- Ensure the store looks are within the standards and design
- Enhanced and develop processes and procedures.
- Create Process Flow and Monitoring tools for Construction Team
- Assist in Employee selection, hiring, for TSD Personnel
Work Experience Requirement:
- Must be able to read and interpret plans.
- Preferably can navigate AutoCAD.
- Proficient using MS Office.
- At least 5 years experience in construction.
- Willing to do field work from time to time.
