The Project Manager is the primary owner of Non-Complex Projects at UAS — accountable end-to-end for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and the client relationship, with an APM assigned in support. On Complex Projects, the PM drives the execution layer under an SPM: coordinating the APM, leading client progress meetings, and managing change requests and RFIs. UAS depends on the PM's sense of urgency and business mindset to keep projects moving and to protect both client and company interests in every decision.
You will be accountable for the following outcomes:
- Deliver owned non-complex projects end-to-end within ±5% of the baseline schedule and within the approved budget, flagging variances proactively and initiating corrective action.
- Serve as primary client contact — manage expectations, run progress meetings, and resolve concerns so that no client escalation remains unresolved.
- Manage all change requests through the CCB process, with every request logged, impact-assessed (schedule, cost, scope), and dispositioned within agreed timelines.
- Maintain the project risk register and resolve or escalate at least 95% of logged issues within defined response windows, escalating critical risks to the SPM immediately.
- Direct and develop assigned APM(s) so their documents, follow-ups, and outputs meet quality standards and deadlines — their performance reflects your supervision.
