What You'll Do:
- Designs and maps new programs & processes essential to Commercial Operations, collaborating with other stakeholders involved in the end-to-end process.
- Analyzes existing programs & processes and applies process optimization disciplines, whether it's streamlining, automation, transformation, or elimination.
- Defines and creates frameworks covering macro/high-level processes that will aid in the decision-making around these processes.
- Leads and collaborates with cross-functional teams in launching and executing key Commercial Operations programs & projects.
- Conducts post-review of program, project, and process implementations, managing and recording feedback and iterating accordingly, ensuring that continuous improvement is applied.
What Makes You A Great Fit:
- A bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, management engineering, mathematics, statistics, business administration, operations management, or related fields.
- At least 5 years experience in process engineering, process improvement, project management, project management, project management, particularly in operations, FMCG, or similar setting.
- Preferably a Certified Lean Six Sigma Belt holder (Black, Green, or Yellow)
