Project Manager

About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Okta Identity Cloud to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You will play a critical role in overseeing project lifecycles, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Utilize your expertise in Okta Identity Cloud to implement identity management solutions that meet organizational needs.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues that may impact project success.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and performance.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Okta Identity Cloud.
• Proven experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience with other identity management solutions and cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with compliance and security standards related to identity management.
• Experience in leading teams and mentoring junior project managers.
• The successful candidate will bring a wealth of experience in project management, particularly in the realm of identity and access management.
• Your strong understanding of Okta Identity Cloud will be crucial in driving project success and ensuring that our identity management solutions are robust, secure, and scalable.
• You will be a proactive leader, capable of navigating challenges and fostering collaboration among diverse teams.
