We are seeking an experienced and PMP-certified Project Manager with a minimum of 7 years of project management experience, preferably with a strong background in Oracle implementation projects (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, or related Oracle applications). The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and within budget, while managing cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Lead end-to-end project management for Oracle implementation and/or other enterprise technology projects, from initiation through closure.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, resource plans, and budgets, and track progress against them.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively, escalating and resolving as needed.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including business analysts, functional/technical consultants, developers, QA, and third-party vendors.
- Ensure adherence to PMP-aligned project management methodologies, governance, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage stakeholder communication, including regular status reporting, steering committee updates, and executive presentations.
- Oversee change management, UAT coordination, cutover planning, and post-go-live support for Oracle implementations.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking, ensuring cost control and value realization.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with organizational and client standards throughout project delivery.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering committee reviews.
- Manage vendor and third-party relationships, including SOWs, contracts, and deliverable tracking, where applicable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project management roles, preferably managing Oracle implementation projects (Oracle ERP Cloud / EBS / Fusion / HCM / SCM or similar).
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory.
- Proven experience managing full project lifecycles for large-scale, complex, and cross-functional projects.
- Strong understanding of Oracle implementation methodology, modules, and integration touchpoints (functional exposure preferred; deep technical expertise not required).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Strong skills in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent) and MS Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of project financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Prior experience specifically leading Oracle Cloud ERP / EBS implementation or upgrade projects.
- Additional certifications such as PgMP, PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or Agile/Scrum certifications.
- Experience working with offshore/onshore delivery models and global, distributed teams.
- Familiarity with ITIL, SDLC, and change management frameworks.
