About the Role

You will own the operational backbone of QOVES inside Notion. Everything runs through our workspace: tickets, tasks, SOPs, recurring workflows, and your job is to keep it all moving and in good order. The non-negotiable is deep, hands-on Notion fluency: you know how databases, relations, and views fit together and you keep a large workspace clean without being told. This is a role for someone who chases loose ends, holds people to deadlines without formal authority, and treats a messy workspace as a problem to fix rather than tolerate.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience running projects or operations inside Notion at scale
• Fluency with Notion databases, relations, views, and recurring workflows
• Ownership of ticket and task triage: assigned, prioritised, and current
• Ability to write, update, and enforce SOPs across teams
• Coordination of KPI check-ins and clear reporting up to leadership
• Obsessive attention to detail and a low tolerance for orphaned pages or stale data
• Ability to work autonomously across time zones with minimal oversight
• Clear, direct written English

Nice to have

• Experience building or restructuring Notion databases from scratch
• Background in a fast-moving startup or tech company
• Familiarity with KPI frameworks and reporting cadences
