What You'll Do
- Manage concurrent new product launches - from ideation, planning, monitoring, execution, and post evaluation, to ensure on-time and quality implementation of projects
- Strategize on how to improve processes and activities to ensure optimal project timelines are met
- Assess project risks and ensure action plans are well-drafted and executed to ensure project delivery
- Assess and review the financial impact of new products (e.g., product profit and cost of goods sold)
- Actively maintain a project dashboard to monitor and track project status and milestones that will be regularly reported to the top management
What Makes You A Great Fit
- Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or equivalent
- With strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with all levels of management
- Minimum 5 years experience in Project Management using the MS Project tool. Preferably with Project Management Certification
