Role Description This full-time, on-site Project Manager role is based in Manila and is responsible for overseeing end-to-end project delivery for sustainable solutions. The Project Manager will plan and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring that all project milestones and quality standards are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, supervising expediting and logistics activities, and tracking inspections and compliance with relevant environmental standards. The role also involves identifying project risks, implementing corrective actions, preparing status reports, and ensuring clear, consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of materials, services, and documentation.
• Candidates should possess Inspection skills, with the ability to monitor quality, compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to oversee the movement, storage, and distribution of project materials and equipment.
• Relevant experience in construction, engineering, or environmental/sustainability projects is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with green building standards or sustainability certifications is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in horizontal development, construction, engineering, or environmental/sustainability projects is highly preferred.
• • Willing to be assigned and travel to project sites anywhere in the Philippines as required by project operations.
