The Project Manager – Manager is responsible for the end-to-end leadership of creative and digital delivery programs, overseeing timelines, teams, and stakeholder alignment. You'll drive governance, manage a team of project leads and coordinators, and ensure performance excellence across accounts. This role plays a critical part in aligning business priorities with project execution, optimizing delivery workflows, and cultivating a high-performance project management culture.

- 9 to 12 years of experience in project and program management within creative, marketing, or digital delivery
- Proven success in leading cross-functional project teams and large-scale delivery programs
- Strong capability in stakeholder management, team leadership, governance, and operational design
- Experience with reporting, compliance oversight, and delivery process improvements
- A strategic mindset with hands-on expertise in resource management and execution
Role Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of large-scale creative and marketing programs across functions and geographies
- Define project success metrics and align delivery models with client and business needs
- Mentor and manage a team of project leads, analysts, and coordinators
- Design and implement delivery governance frameworks, communication plans, and SOPs
- Drive resource planning, utilization forecasting, and performance tracking
- Represent delivery performance in business reviews, stakeholder forums, and strategic councils
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives across the project function
- Ensure operational compliance and adherence to creative production standards and SLAs
- Support business development efforts by advising on delivery planning and proposal creation
Your Day-to-Day Deliverables will include
- Leading weekly delivery reviews, risk calls, and executive project updates
- Monitoring timelines, budgets, and quality assurance across all programs
- Coaching team members and resolving escalations or delivery bottlenecks
- Reviewing dashboards, reports, and KPI metrics to ensure delivery health
- Managing project governance routines and portfolio documentation
- Leading training initiatives, performance conversations, and team workshops
